Being a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45274) comes with many responsibilities. We have to meet the Standards for Registered Training Organisations, which are set by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). These standards cover everything from the quality of our training and assessment, to the way we manage our finances and handle student complaints. Meeting these standards is essential for maintaining our registration, ensuring that our students can be confident that they are receiving a high-quality education.

We offer various learning opportunities to suit all budgets and schedules. Our public classroom courses are a great option for those who want to learn in a structured environment, while our self-paced learning modules are ideal for those who prefer to study at their own pace. We also offer recognised prior learning programs for those who have already acquired the skills they need but need to have their qualifications formally recognized. And for businesses that need to train a large number of employees at once, we offer both group training (held at either our venue or your office). So whatever your professional development needs may be, we have you covered.

We are committed to providing our students with the support they need to succeed. That’s why we offer support to all of our students using emails, chat and video sessions. Trainers can access the support and can respond in a timely manner, rather than the student waiting until the trainer is online.
