The 5 in 50 Challenge

Paratus Training is excited to be a business partner for the annual 5 in 50 Challenge run by Brothers n Books in support of Legacy Australia

Not only will we be taking part in the challenge we also will be donating a portion of profits made to the challenge.

The way it will work is we will offer 10% for all participants for our courses on top of that we will donate a further 5% to the 5 in 50 Challenge.

Defence Industry Veterans Employment Scheme

Paratus Training is proud to have teamed up with South Metro TAFE to be a provider of training under the Defence Industry Veterans Employment Scheme (DIVES).

DIVES is funded by the Western Australian Government and offers up to $5000.00 in scholarships assisting Australian Defence Force veterans in reskilling for a career within the Western Australia defence industry.

The scholarship includes:

cover costs relating to vocational education and training (VET) and university studies relevant to defence industry careers’ including tuition and other compulsory fees, textbooks and equipment
provide career planning support to identify training or further study leading to defence industry career pathways
offer free face-to-face professional and practical advice on career, training and employment pathways specific to defence industry occupations.

Paratus Training will be offering the following as part of this scheme.

BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management
BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management
BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
